My Ford Explorer has heating issues right at Christmas time they were able to get my vehicle in right after Christmas and got it fixed within a matter of a few days and got it back to me within a matter of 3 days once they got the parts in I got it back the next day they do exceptional work and Bob is awesome to deal with to talk to he keeps you informed

Although I only went in for an oil change, I was greeted like I was someone buying a brand new car—big smile, hello, good to see you again, etc. felt like I was amongst family. They were so nice.

Link Ford customer service was wonderful. My family and I were driving through town when we experienced a flat tire. Not only were they able to find us a spare tire but they were able to fit us in their busy schedule at the drop of a hat. I wish I had a service center in Duluth that was this customer centric based.
